digital — advisory

Team training, on your own accounts.

The problem with most digital training is the demo account — polished examples, best-case data, and a Monday morning that looks nothing like the course. We train your people on your live tools: your campaigns, your analytics, your CRM, your profile. What they learn is what they'll do, because it's where they learned it.

what we train

The stack we run daily, taught hands-on.

The demand channels

Google Ads and Meta — reading search terms, tending negatives, judging creative, knowing when to leave settings alone. Run on your live campaigns with real spend on the screen.

The measurement bench

GA4, Tag Manager and reporting — where the numbers come from, which ones matter, and how to answer "is it working" without calling anyone.

The daily assets

Business Profile, reviews, CRM and follow-ups — the routines that keep the enquiry engine fed, built into whoever owns them.

the honest bit

The anti-dependence service.

Yes, training your team sometimes costs us management fees — we run it anyway, on the view that some businesses should own their marketing in-house, and that helping them do it well earns more than renting them dependence would. Sessions end with documentation your team keeps, in accounts you own, with a standing offer of backup when something unusual lands. If they never need to call, the training worked.

straight answers

Asked often.

What makes this different from sending staff to a course?

Generic courses train on demo accounts and best-case examples. We train your people on your live accounts — your campaigns, your analytics, your CRM — so Monday morning looks exactly like the training did. Skills transfer fastest when nothing needs translating.

What can you train a team on?

The stack this practice runs daily: Google Ads and Meta, analytics and Tag Manager, Business Profile and reviews, CRM and automation, and reporting owners actually read. Sessions are scoped to the tools your team touches.

Doesn't training us cost you management fees?

Sometimes — and we run it anyway. Some businesses should own their marketing in-house, and helping them do it well is better for the reputation than renting them dependence. The clients who still want management afterwards choose it knowingly, which is the only good reason to.
