Instrumented rigs & test

Prototypes wired to tell the truth: force, cycle, drop, ingress and thermal testing with data logged against requirements. Trials with real users in real conditions — gloves, noise, interruption — because the lab is kind and the field is not.

Which prototype do I need — works-like or looks-like?

Works-like answers engineering questions with function and ignores beauty; looks-like answers form, feel and stakeholder questions without function. Most programs need both, then a works-like-looks-like build before tooling. We name the question first, then pick the cheapest build that answers it.

How many prototype rounds will it take?

As many as there are open questions, and no more — each loop is scoped and priced against the question it retires. Programs converge fast once the risky questions are sequenced first.

Can we start with prototyping before committing to a full program?

Yes. Prototype-first engagements are common: we take your existing CAD or sketches, agree the questions, and build. If the results say stop, that's a cheap answer well bought.
